It probably isn't that big of a deal - less so with good table selection.

I think that one of the things that goes on is that players try to play 21/19 or whatever because thats what they think is optimal, when they are not good enough post-flop to play this style, or when table conditions are not correct for this style. Just because sbrugby, cts, PBJaxx, carrotsnake, Isura, tufat, and whoever else play this way doesn't mean it is right for everybody at every table and every limit.

LOL @ putting isura and tufat in with the rest, that is all.

Playing 16/12 doesn't exclude you from firing multiple barrels, semi-bluff pushing, C/R with air, floating the turn and the like. Things which generate much more action for you than raising a few extra hands preflop.

LOL I play 14/10 sometimes and get crazy action from 2+2ers trying to "outplay" me.

Brag: ship the +3 BI session in 200 hands.
Beat: not motivated to play longer, don't want to risk an unhappy night

Problem is that your hand ranges are so tight that a good player can easily read you and play a mathematically sound game to counter it. I guess I should re-phrase as bad players give them too much action.

Fair enough. Should have said bad players give them too much action.

Anyone playing pacific nl200?

If so, wtf to everyone shoving ATC on the first street you check to them in any pot worth $70+?

Seen it happen about 6 times today

[/ QUOTE ]

pacific software (both new and old) is a joke, handgrabber runs slow as ars, and PAHUD has a heart attack like every 20 mins.

But yeah, the games are softer.
