yea, well last time Gold said "couple of something" he was bluffing. I think he was a bit weak there but had a piece. AC clearly wasn't strong though, and Gold prob could have been weak and still had the best hand. I expect AC's next flop check turn lead to be the nuts.

no you don't, you make your living playing one-table tournaments where the payout structure is very simple and you can just memorize the ICM for a correct play and determine all your poker decisions preflop.

The payout structure here is insanely, insanely top heavy. The pot was laying him 3.5-1. Folding would have left him with an M of about 5, if I remember correctly. Tripling up here would at least give him a fighting chance.

I think a stop and go is the best play probably, now that I think of it since it gives him the most amount of fold equity.
