and one freaking guy was VPIP 98% over 40ish hands, how could i NOT win against this idiot. i bluffed him off of a few pots though due to the stats. guess they didnt fail me totally.

Does the rakeback at FT cover for that massive rake they take at 10 nl?

[/ QUOTE ]

How much do they take at NL10? I haven't played their yet.

[/ QUOTE ]
10% Which I find weird since like no other site does that

[/ QUOTE ]

Hard to make money when your getting raped...er raked that hard. UB does this also with their NL2 tables. I guess with rakeback your only paying 7.2% rake.

[/ QUOTE ]

But why would anyone want to do that? Plus FT also deducts a lot of stuff like bonuses from rakeback as well. Yes, I'm aware ub does this with 2 nl-- they only changed this lately and quite secretly I must say, which I found kinda scummy that I made a thread about it. But 10% at 10 nl I've only seen at Full Tilt. I've never played at the site before, but I've read that the rake is not visually displayed like almost other poker site does. You'd only find out via the hand history. I'm kinda wtf when I see a full tilt history with 70c taken from a $7 pot. ;p I find that quite disturbing really.I mean sure you can beat that, but being such low stakes high rake would still butcher the win rate.

From my personal experience, they were kind of strict. But then again I look like a 16 year old :P.

On a side note, just played a bit of stud hi/lo, is it even possible to lose at that game? :P

This stuff is why my winrate is 4.24PTBB/100 over 14k hands. The problem is, I don't want to have to play 100k hands of 50NL before I get a decent winrate.

[/ QUOTE ]

Honestly, how often does this happen? There's no way this is costing you like 2-3 buyins a week, it's gotta be pretty rare.
