I couldn't find a 4,5 bet for Miami.

If you bet +4 for Miami, you should bet ($1000/decimal odd).
I had (-110 for Miami +4 = 1.91) --> $1000/1.91 = $523 on Miami +4


The worst that can happen when betting at miami at 4 is indeed +-0.

Sure, you can guarantee a win. Buy a 1/2 point on Miami at Pinnacle to move the line from +4 -104 to +4.5 -113. Run the numbers through a Freeplay Calculator (if you don't have one in Excel, use the one I mentioned earlier in the thread) to determine how much to bet on the -113 line.
