Your choice of Ess-A-Bagel is commendable. If you are going to get a cinnamon raisin bagel, that is the place to go. Try the whitefish salad sometime.

Still, I can't help but believe that the cinnamon raisin bagel was created solely to legitimize the bagel among the goyim. It is sort of like certain dishes that they serve in Chinese restaurants that really aren't Chinese. My uncles Irving and Murray did not know from cinnamon raisin bagels.
