This has been brought up before. From what I understand there is a rule preventing this.

The thing about the math is there are a ton of variables like how often lead runner will get out etc.

If I was in the MLB I would spite drop infield flys.

Ya, that's why during an IBB the catcher keeps a foot in the catcher's box so he's not out of play.
