It's Prima Otter. Mostly NL action and Euro players. You can 5 table.

I've been playing 1-2 NL. I play 4-5 tables. It seems like there are plenty of games up until about midnight eastern at these limits and lower. There is a little lull, and then it picks back up a few hours later. Mostly European players play here.

Contact the rakeback affiliate you signed up with. Code Poker is very timely and accurate with payments (they always pay on the 1st) so I would guess maybe you are not linked to a rakeback affiliate. Code is very good about fixing these things - retroactively if needed.
