Exactly, if they cared about fraud or underage stuff they would request the documents when you sign up. It's insane for them to let me use a neteller account to deposit, then not allow me to move money back into the same neteller account when I withdraw without a lot of documentation.

This happened to me right after I moved, and I only had an online bank. So It took me weeks to get my money out since I had no utility bill and it took them over a week to tell me that they do not accept online banks. And what about people that don't have scanners or faxes at home. Should they have to drive to office max and copy/fax documents to get their money out.

I won't put another dime into a site that uses pokerhost. Their customer service is terrible on top of the documents issus. Twice it took them 7 days to respond to an email.
