locked up = "money in play" or just not there at all?

[/ QUOTE ]
I can see the money in my account. It says "real money at tables" ... But I'm not at a table. I'm guessing it'll be back to me soon.

This is the first time i have had any trouble with UB. I started having problems at like 4:30 and played about 3 hands in each of the 3 SNG's I was playing, i have been playing here for over 3 years and think its the best fastest softawre out there. All i know is that if i dont get my money back......good bye UB

it would be a whole lot better if they just rushed through whatever upgrade they're doing and then have 1000 threads here about how stupid they are......

[/ QUOTE ]

No company ever plans to have an upgrade that lasts more than 2-3 hours, maybe a bit longer in hard cases. Their initial announcement at the tables 2 days ago was for '2-3 hours' till they are back to normal. Instead they were down for about 18-19 hours straight - no explanation ever given. And now they are up/down/barely working - no way any of this was ever planned, it pretty obvious things went wrong in a major, major way and I am sure they are now in a panic mode trying all sort of things to stabilize the situation.

The fact that all prior transaction history has disappeared from the client interface makes it very likely that some sort of database migration was involved, perhaps they also migrated to a new server-side software and just didn't do enough testing beforehand to ensure performance won't suffer. I always liked their client, especially the miniview mode, but it looks their server side team could use some serious help.

I just played like 10 hands and both tables froze on me. I am leaving a few hundred on the account and withdrawing the rest till they get their act together.

At the moment I can't get to a table. Just stays on the "Connecting to table..." message. I've waited 5+ minutes, and tried different games/tables, with no luck. SnGs appear to be working, but I'm afraid to try getting into one.
