Well if this is how all your sessions are then you're not running bad.
I do imagine you play pretty good though and were just tilting, this video but it looked as though you were spewing alot and just didn't care that your image on all the tables went to hell which certainly doesn't go well with you raising so many hands and cbetting 100%.

also actual advice is you seem to play your cards first and then your opponent's cards. i would focus first on opponent's cards and then on your own. that may not seem constructive but it is, i promise. one example is when th ebig fish minraised you in the limped pot on A93r and you had A9. just think about it.

ipokeder. i;m not DLing this cuz i'm a lazy bastard and dont feel like signing up.
you;re a very solid player IMO that has some pretty bad tilt issues. i see you mashing the keyboard over hands that i normally laugh at. you really have to train your mind not to be bothered by the [censored] that usually gets under your skin. once you figure out how to handle your tilt you'll do much better
