Well that is not neccessarily a terrible thing, if his range is mainly overs/air. But i don't think it is on a board texture like this, unless he's a pretty laggy/spewy.

i would be shoving all kinds of overcards on these flops so 22 is a no-brainer all-in, sure he's not folding an overpair or even AJ+ with the right history but we're still doing nicely against his range, esp if he's the type who cbets every time

If we can shove with 22 profitably we could shove any 2 in that spot. He knows that so he might call with his best Aces, making our shove with ATC bad but our shove with 22 much better.
