[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I can only see him folding hands we are already ahead of. [/ QUOTE ] finally someone that seems to get my point (or just randomly came around, not reading anything than OP and had the same thoughts). [/ QUOTE ] Well that is not neccessarily a terrible thing, if his range is mainly overs/air. But i don't think it is on a board texture like this, unless he's a pretty laggy/spewy. [/ QUOTE ] lol i was referring to flop texture from the very beginning |

this is not spew imo against an aggressive 3bettor
i would be shoving all kinds of overcards on these flops so 22 is a no-brainer all-in, sure he's not folding an overpair or even AJ+ with the right history but we're still doing nicely against his range, esp if he's the type who cbets every time |

wowowowowowwo, doing "nicely" aginst his pf range (altho 22 does not do nicely against ANY reasonable range)? we might do nicely against his cbet range (not so sure) but we, however, are [censored] [censored] against his callingrange.
edit: shoving all kind of overcards on this flop is sooo atrocious. |

Looks fine given your read and texture of the board.

If we can shove with 22 profitably we could shove any 2 in that spot. He knows that so he might call with his best Aces, making our shove with ATC bad but our shove with 22 much better.
I guess thats what trivial is talkin about. But I am a nit so what do I know about shoving air?? |

we might do nicely against his cbet range [/ QUOTE ] that's what i meant, given the assumption that he is 3betting alot, and cbetting frequently having done so |

i just did some of the math, and this is a lot closer than i thought. If he's folding 50% of the time this is actually +ev
