Yea i really don't think my sample size is near large enough to call it like the worst run ever or anything like that. It just feels bad cause its like two weeks worth.

I'll go post the marco traniello hand, sounds like i may have made a mistake. We'd only been playing about an hour so i coudln't really say i had much read on his style. You guys could be very right about that turn check though.

best thing to do bond:
1) start bloggin these,
2) get advertisers or make shameless plugs in ur blogs bc ppl will be reading them
3) negate losses from bad run b/c of advertisers
4) pwn the ME to make up for running so bad (matasow style - the X?)

you should really think about making a book "WSOP 2007 - online wiz way" , these TRs are awesome.

Your trip report reminds me of a cashless streak I had in those incredibly soft 225-1k sats last year, 15 in a row without cashing I think. Was just awful.

Anyway, hang in there man, just keep playing well and making good decisions and your huge edge will eventually get traction and off you'll go.

I hate to be negative, and don't get me wrong it's pretty brutal reading all this, but if going ootm for 10-15 tournaments in a row is 'running worse than you ever thought possible', that's not so bad. it's just massssssively amplified cause it's the wsop and the sample size is so small yet so much emphasis is put on it.

In these, it really is. I mean, four of these guys bust in the first level 100% of the time. So between Bond and I, we've chopped exactly one in...a whole bunch of tries, and obv it was the one we were HU together in. lol poker.

These things are great reads, keep em up! I've had a nightmarish 2 days since arriving in vegas too, my secret shame is getting crippled than busted by Steve Dannenman in the 2500 event. My first table was pretty gross too, Johnny Chan, Lee Watkinson, Barny Boatman, and 5 ppl entirely too tight and competent.

I remember a few years ago when I stumbled upon 2p2 one of the first things I read was Irieguy in the STT forum saying "everyone will eventually run worse then they ever thought possible" or words to that effect. To this day no single words have been more memorable for me.

Yep, defintely a legendary post in STTF.

The Difference Between Success and Failure

Bond, I'm a 2+2 lurker and look forward to and enjoy the reports. How about shaking things up a bit and becoming a no bluff nit for the first few levels of one of these events and see how that works?

With a Cinderella story like this building up, the ME is a lock.
