Further, I can only look at full tables (but can't join the queue). Tables with empty seats wcome up blank.

Also, i can't check out mthe cashier.

But network status is 100%.

the word is that many players have disconnected due to Internet routing problems, and additional time to act will be added

Everything is as usual for me, but all the hands are paused and 1/2 the people are disconnected. I don't think anyone should miss any hands.
