Fitness, I've watched players play on party for quite a bit now. It is ridiculously easier. The tables consistently ahve a 80/x+ and other ridiculously dumb TAGfish. Yes, it is easier. No I'm not worried about my game, but I think I'd be at least 1 or 2 higher on PT than on FT or stars

[/ QUOTE ]

sry, i wasnt directing the "need to work on your games" comment at you. it was more meant for ppl who post in BBV and here who say that they cannot beat FTP or stars 100nl and 200nl, but if they were on party they would win at some insane rate. that is simply not true.

i agree that party could be a little softer (i have only played FTP at peak time, whereas im on party at all hours), but its definately not a lot softer in my experience so far. however, i want to reserve my judgement on this issue until ive played another 30k or so hands on FTP. atm i think i might have been fortunate to run into some seriously bad players. im still fairly new to the games there, but you will be seeing a lot of me this month at 1/2, assuming it stays as soft as it has seemed so far.

my plan is to treat it sort of like an experiment for june. 50k hands on party 1/2nl and 50k on FTP. obviously the sample size is too small to figure out how big of a winner i am at either game. i am actually going to do this out of a genuine curiousity as to how much softer party is than FTP (ill save stars for another time).

Just watched Aussie Millions final table. Gobbo got straight up embarrased. Gus' overbet shove with the A2s was just range merging sickness. Also, Mike Matusow FTP commercial was like the funniest thing I've ever seen.

thac, I think clayton whines about mindless [censored] a lot, but honestly, a lot of hands that are posted are like ... std ??? I mean, it sucks to lose/awesome to win a 100 BB pot when you are 66%+, but they happen, a lot. Even more so the pots were you "pwn" people that obviously just had the low end of their range and if they have the high end, OMG, you got pnwed. Shrug, whateva
