I sent am email with the info...maybe not the best idea and then just called the VIP line. They said I should not send that information because it is private and they can't do a manual request for the cashout. They said I need to go through the website for cashout request again. They said something didn't match up or my bank didn't accept....
I'm lost now...I guess maybe I'll just request a check.?? UPDATE: I now see that have taken back my cashout request but it doesn't say anything but adjustment -3000.00????? Going to be calling them back. |

That interesting that they sent an email asking for the info, and then when they called they told you not to do it. They really need to get all their CS departments working together.

I had that same -3000 adjustment without the money hitting my bank account. Atleast they are consistent. I sent an email, no response yet.

No, they never called me. They just returned my email saying it was in process and should be in my account soon. Glad yours is through also.

I'm looking at a negative adjustment as well. I requested an ACH, had it cancelled and then received the email for the banking information. To those that have received funds in their bank account after asking for more information, how many business days did that process take? |

For those of you who have had the ACH hit their bank account. Did you have to go through the process of giving them your information again? Also, did you receive an email confirming the processed ACH?
