I still have some ephedrine and caffeine laying around from my last weight loss attempt. What would be more effective/safe, that or Hot Roxx Extreme?

How effective would just the ephedrine and caffeine be?

SS, I've used it a little and it seemed to decrease hunger. Guids uses it almost exclusively for appetite control IIRC. [/ QUOTE ] I responded very well to Xendarine back when it had ephedra in it. I even kinda liked the elevated heart rate and light sweating.

[/ QUOTE ] E+C is actually better, just ditch the aspirin. i read a while back that research indicates that aspirin is useless in the thermogenic effect of E and C.
