Where are you located and how old are you? I am working with people who have ADHD (or have at least been diagnosed) to eliminate the symptoms without medication. I am looking for people to work with.

[ QUOTE ]
I listen to an oscillating tone, that oscillates at 35Hz. Your brainwaves then quickly sync to the tone. 35 hz is considered something called a beta state. When your brain is in a beta state you are able to concentrate with laser focus. [/ QUOTE ] Uh, no sorry. Beta is roughly 15 to 40 hertz, and it is the state of waking activity. Alpha, 8 to 15 hertz, is a state more associated with creativity and being "in the zone" - a relaxed but focused state of high creative thought. Secondly, just listening to a specific tone won't sync your brain to that tone. If you want to hemisync your brain, you need to listen to two divergent tones in each ear, wherein the brain will sync to m frequency separation. For instance, if you listen to a 150 hz tone in the left ear, and a 165 hz tone in the right ear (a difference of 15 hertz) then your brain with "sync" to 15 hertz. AB |

Alpha is more of a relaxed state. Beta is a focused concentration state.
The tone that I created must be used with headphones, 540hz in the left and 575hz in the right. You are correct about that part. |
