Sent my license in and a utility bill, same adress and name as my credit card information so theres no possible way I did defraud them.

Well, thats not how it works. I believe you, but its possible that you ended up winning some money from from "bad people" with unlikely hands. You should consider going through your hand histories and checking out the big pots. Please report back.

OP, this sux man as a couple of events could have triggered this, but it looks like FTP jumped the gun and discounted the possibilty of running on a sick heater and instead confused it with cheating...

dunno how this is gonna work out, but i hope it's resolved in ur favor...

OMG... you mean all that time went by when they were holding 14K of your dollars, and you didn't even think to review your own hand histories, to at least understand what FT was looking at...

On this basis alone... your story doesn't add up

btw... what was you screen name and what stakes were you playing...

Hi ericjones,

As a reminder, I am not in either the support department or the fraud department here. I don't know the specifics of this case, but I did briefly look into it. A few statements caught my eye specifically:

[ QUOTE ]
No not at all full table 10/20 nl, moved up to 25/50 nl doubled up 4 or 5 times there and cashed out.

[/ QUOTE ]
When I looked up the details of your playing time at FTP, I found exactly zero sessions at 10/20 NL, and saw that you were down overall at 25/50 NL. Obviously, lying about what stakes you played and how well you did is not a problem, but it did make me a little suspicious.

[ QUOTE ]
Yes, 1st time on Ftp.

[/ QUOTE ]
The account that had a little over $13K in it, maybe. When I looked up your info I also saw that you created another account 6 days prior to creating this account, which had a very similar pattern. Creating multiple accounts usually isn't in and of itself enough to get your funds seized. It is, however, clearly against the rules of the site and is another huge warning bell.

So already, with 5 minutes of looking into this case, I'm pretty inclined to believe our fraud department here. I did ask for more information just to be extra sure, and I do think we should be more forthright with our players about why we freeze their account (even if they're incredibly guilty).

When I do find out the details, Eric, I can either post them here or PM it to you, whichever you prefer. I'm not sure how much deeper you want me to look into this, though.

Doug

Don't fund poker accounts with stolen credit cards.

Don't send an EFT you can't cover.

Don't collude.

If you get caught doing any of these things please STFU and take your lumps like a man.

That should clear up all of these posts, good day.
