Not surprised Reggie and Barkley oppose it. Two of the biggest whiners in the history of the NBA. The rule is there because of players like them.

I have never been a Cassell fan. There is a reason he has floated around so much, and its because he's just such a jackass.

[/ QUOTE ]
He may be a prick - in addition to being one of the ugliest players ever to grace NBA hardwood - but I am impressed with his longevity. I thought he'd hit a wall in his last year in MIN but he made a nice comeback last year. Also, he went for 36-6-6 last night.

Livingston started ahead of him against PHX the night before, but Cassell replaced him last night. I wonder what they're going to do about that situation since so many are expecting big things from Livingston this year.

I can't remember who it was in the playoffs last year (cassell?), but they were whining to a ref as the ball got stolen and taken down the court for an easy score

speaking of, watching the clips game i just remembered why i hate him. what a whiney bitch

[/ QUOTE ]

The fact that Cassell did not get a T after his tirade and then got a bs foul at the end of the game to boot was so, so sickening. Melo probably deserved to get booted based on the new rules, but then Cassell is allowed to do that?

Getting in on this late but....

Bucks 1-0 with a big win over Detroit to start the season. That front court of Bogut and Villaneuva is gonna be tough for other teams to matchup with.

His longevity is impressive.

As for Cassell/Livingston, I would imagine Dunleavy will play Sam as the starting option more often than Livingston. Livingston still looks undisciplined with the ball and shoots to much. That offense needs a pass first PG because they have plenty of scoring options. I know Sam likes to gun too, but he is much smarter with the ball.
