Add a level between 50/100 and 100/200. Similarly I guess, no need to jump from 10/20 NL to 25/50, that is pretty steep - why not add 15/35?

Sort out the blind structure for HU. This is big, please please do this.

Better incentives in terms of rakeback, bonuses, VIP store etc.

Make the default buy-in for NL cash games a full stack, not 40BBs or whatever it is.

Left one out:

There needs to be a 150/300/25 level in the tourneys that don't have them. 100/200/25 -> 200/400/25 is really brutal, especially in the 180s.

I'll make the most important post.

1. Focus on recruiting casual players.
2. Do whatever necessary to attract fish.
3. Conduct promotions that will attract weak players.
4. Come up with nifty marketing ideas to attract new people to the game.
5. Target casual players.
6. Promote the game to average, everyday poker players, so that there is good game selection.
7. Focus on continually attracting fishy players.
8. Conduct monthly promotions such as reloads, freerolls, etc. to attract average, everyday players.
9. Attract more fish to the games.
10. Come up with creative ways of promoting the site to the general public.

1: Queueing SNG's
2: Partial Points for rake under $1
3: Faster deals/AI showdowns
