I stopped in a 7-11 this morning to get my morning sugar fix, and the gentelman with too many 'j's in his name to even remember claimed they are circulating a petition to adjust the loitering law to include, 'nits' and 'college poker dropouts' to keep the unruly people from affecting their customer base. Oh, its a sad day....
