They have the biggest non-u.s. player base. It will still be a viable option for income as long as there's a way to play there.

It really would make no sense. By allowing Americans to play, they would be incurring the legal risks involved in violating the law. By not letting people despoit, they would be taking the massive revenuse hit as if they were following the law. It would basically be the worst of both worlds.

Doesn't the bill say it's illegal to accept transactions for purposes of wagering, or something like that? It would seem that it's accepting the deposits that would violate the law, not the actual play. At least in the case of poker, which is not house-banked.

I believe this is the stance a few sites have taken..ie..we do not take bet or wager we are just a service provider..This would relate to poker only..
