Do you think any of the bigger sites will try to [censored] over the US players and just flat out refuse cashouts?

i'm watching it live on tv

party opened down 40%, 888 down 33%

party gets 75% of customers from the US, 888 gets 70%

I did cashout my $$$ from party 3days ago until yesterday I just got it.
before it oly took 2hrs back to my neteller.
stop play there and cash out your $$$ now before [censored] thing happen

I know this has been discussed before, but does anybody else suspect that PartyPoker implemented the Monster in order to increase their rake, anticipating that this sort of thing would happen?
