I don't see how you can have a country that borders you (especially if you are in a northern state) and not out of curiosity looked at a map of these huge provinces and had some clue of where they are and what they are called. [/ QUOTE ] Hey man, I'm from Edmonton too, and I heard Lon mispronounce 'Regina' also, but I seriously didn't give a crap. I mean, come on, it's a fairly honest mistake. Also, where do you get the impression that Regina is a 'fairly large' city. Are there even 200,000 people there? That's like, barely a suburb of an American city.

Indifferent is the best way to describe the way most americans feel about Canada. I like you guys, you seem pretty cool. If things continue to get f'ed up around here, I would consider a move up north.
Honestly, though, would it make any difference in my life if I could correctly recite all the facts you mentioned in your post? It wouldn't and you shouldn't take our lack of interest as a knock against your country.
