Default Sleep Temperature

So I have a Honeywell thermostat, I can't find an exact jpg of it but it's one of those where you can set wake-leave-return-sleep cycles M-F and Saturday and Sunday. Pretty slick.

Over the past few years I've become tolerant of warmer temperatures. My last ex kept her place at 78 degrees, plus her bedroom was on the second floor, heat rises etc. and it was tough to sleep. Time was, I couldn't sleep above 76 degrees, but that may have changed me. Forever, I've had my sleep temp at 76, but a couple of months ago upped it to 77, and in the last week bumped it to 78. No noticeable loss of sleep.
