CO is essentially an ultra LAG, and the sb seems to be an obvious low limit sat player. Easy fold?

How do you play such a strong hand vs a a very loose aggressive player early? I feel it is too early for a reraise all in, and I didn't want to make a smaller reraise because it would bloat the pot. I did have position so I elected to just call...what about you guys?
