The real definition has 2 elements: (a) an illegal act dangerous to human life; AND AND AND (b) be intended to coerce a civilian population or influence a gov't or gov't policy. So, you can relax. Oh I see your refering to the first patriot act, but not patriot act 2 which under section 501 further broadens the definition of a terrorist into someone who violates ANY part of section 802 in the original patriot act(the section with the two definitions you posted). So you see yes your correct those are both being used for the defintion of a terrorist under the first patriot act but now under the second they have changed it to someone who violates ANY part of the first. Now you see where you went wrong, simple mistake no harm done.
Emonrad please sir what is it that im saying that has drove you to first call me a moron and now ignore me. Everything I have posted has been true, everything about the patriot act and everything about the ID card. If you cared about America you would care about this because it concerns all of us. I hope someone can convey this message to him because I am obviously trying to educate you and help you with this.

Ok Hopey I think this is better here because alot of the posters probaly dont frequent the politics forum, and based on how many people have no idea about this information I would say that it would also educate more people here.
HitHard69 I that love the constitution and all that this country stands for and for me to see all they are doing to change our way of life, it angers me and I want to let people know what is going on. If loving your country makes me a hippy that I stand guilty as charged.
