1.) When Gale was being held prisoner, he told Locke that he was already dead and that "he" didnt tolerate failure (or something along those lines. Locke said "whos he? the man with the beard" and gale sort of laughed and said that the man with the beard was nobody. Any opinions on who "he" might be? [/ QUOTE ] When combined with the out-of-band information, I assume "he" is Hanzo, courtesy the life extension programs mentioned on the website/etc.

I just think it's highly unlikely, and not many things are highly unlikely on that show.
