umm, is that normal for HU play?

serious question, I have like no HU experience at all, but his line on all streets seems kinda bad, no? although at the same time, I guess it works a lot, and it's great for meta so he can get paid off if I call light, so I dunno

(btw I was gonna checkraise the turn, since my turn play had been too straightforward in recent hands and he was taking advantage)

Looking for a new laptop. Need one that I can 4 table w/ no overlap on. Something pretty fast too, computers that LAG tilt me worse than running KK into AA. I'm not against another Dell totally but would prefer not getting one as my old one had some major problems and I know others who have had some similar hardware problems as well.

Suggestions please.

How do people play more than 1000 hands a day? I'm trying to put in 50k hands this month. I'm even running well lately and I can't play more than 1000 a day.

[/ QUOTE ]

there's your problem

[/ QUOTE ]
I find it sad that that actually is the problem. I think I need to go on a huge downswing so I can chase my losses for 4 hours. That way I'll get more hands in. GENIUS!

[/ QUOTE ]

Lol.

That took a lot longer than I thought it would. When I tell myself I'm not stopping till I breakeven, I'm not joking.

7.40 hour session. Longest cash game session I've ever played by far. Too bad I can only play 2 hours when I'm winning.

And of course... some hands on my way to glory.

lucid,

i have a 15" 1600x1200 thinkpad t60p its slightly nicer than a dell and costs much more. on an unrelated note, finding any 15" with 1600x1200 is very hard. anyway, i kind of regret not just getting a dell since i paid about 2.8k for this when a comparable dell was 1.5k ish.
