The bettor should always show his hand before the caller. IMO.

Not when your opponent bets into you on the river, and then asks "what d'ya got" before deciding whether to show or muck.

I listened to the Cardplayer coverage last year and it seems like it ended around 9am EST (6am in Vegas). Anyone else recall that?
