OK, I have a question/theory. Any theories on what the "look" between Kate and Jack near the end meant? To me, it had kind of a "everything is ok, this is part of the plan" feel to it. Do you think they planned to get captured? [/ QUOTE ] "Sayid is gonna [censored] these guys UP!" was what the look said to me. I wish. |

So...this means Gale DID press the button..right? He said he didn't, and that it just reset and all.
Now, why would he press the button (meaning he wants them to not miss pressing the button), but yet, he tells Locke he didn't press it. Which, would make you think he doesn't want Locke to keep pressing it. I'm confused. |

Do you think they planned to get captured? [/ QUOTE ] I thought that for awhile, because back in the jungle he told them he had a plan, and Sawyer said "So what is it?" And they cut away. So they could have discussed the plan and Sayid. However this is kind of debunked by the fact that Jack freaked when he realized they were no where near Sayid and the smoke signal. |

3. What is the black smoke 4. What was that mechanical monster we saw in the first few episodes. [/ QUOTE ] The answer to 4 is 3. I don't know the answer to 3. Some kind of security system. |

I'm pretty sure her name is Sonya Walger--was on Mind of the Married Man on HBO. She's hot. [/ QUOTE ] She was so good on that show. |

This season finale while good was just another cocktease and I've had enough - I'm obviously going to keep watching but being effed with for 2 years is sufficient. One thing I havent seen mentioned - when desmond washed up on the beach and was being dragged to the swan, was it by more than one guy? I couldn't tell. |

Did you think you wouldn't be jerked around some more. Obviously like the Hatch last year in the finale, this was going to jerk you around in order to setup next season. I didn't expect any real big closures this early (I know 50 episodes isn't early) into the entirity of the show but it did clear some things up and opened up some more doors. I wasn't disappointed like I was for the OC finale.

OK...this was an incredible season finale. I was hating on lost the last 3-4 episodes, but this definitely returned it to the spotlight. insane.

Sayid and Jin go back and recruit Eko (assuming he's not dead). They get more firepower, Eko's Bible stick and then go to town. That would be a great start to season 3. |
