In general, we've held off on banning people who do scummy [censored] like this in case they want to come back and make things right. In this case, he's just using his account to taunt his victims. Send a PM to Mat Sklansky. He's the one who needs to pull the trigger.

On his site he lists the poker sites that he's affiliated with. I'm not sure they'd care though as long as he brings in customers. Too bad we can't tell all his customers and somehow drive him out of business.

I just searched google there and reduce the rake is still in operation. Is this the same guy or has someone else taken on the mantle? Would be pretty [censored] up if he was still offering rakeback having shafted so many people!!

I still check this thread daily to see if there is any resolution on the horizon.

Tim - you need to understand something. There is no resolution in matters of theft until some type of apology is offered and money returned. Regardless of your opinion, the fact remains that you have a great deal of money that you effectively stole from your clients. They will not let this go. You telling them that this is 'over' does not influence this reality.

has everyone simply forgotten about this? this sh*thead is allowed to abscond with thousands (perhaps hundreds of thousands?) of our dollars w/o any legitimate recourse? no big deal, makes no difference? in an atheistic universe, sure, that is fine by me, but God exists, see the philosophy forum- all the self acclaimed 'scholars' there can tell you that much...drunk but what i say is true- theft is unacceptable, and we all know it (tim especially)...i could explain, but i need una otra cerveza....gracias y buenas noches

I've got a couple of things in the works... I won't say anymore for obvious reasons, but just know that some of us that lost thousands aren't going to forget about it anytime soon.
