[ QUOTE ]
The problem is still occurring with the .10/.25 NL tables. [/ QUOTE ] you got the latest version? If yes, please send us the log file at iWitness_at_overcards.com. Thanks. |

Downloaded and ran iWitness last night for about 8 hours on Party.
My assumption was that this program can actually record the hand histories of observed tables, even though Party killed that functionality. But when I got up this morning, I ran PokerTracker and it didn't find any new hand histories to import. Am I missing something? I don't see any new history files anywhere either. Thanks! |

Just made some small changes that might solve the problems some people were having with NL. Let me know how it goes.

I'm so confused now. The main reson I downloaded processguard (and snoopfree) was so that party couldn't access my computer like they used to. Now it seems that if I uncheck all the boxes I am giving party access to my computer again. Is that the case?
I found a party, .dll file in the iwitness folder which surprises me. Does that mean party is monitoring this and other folders? I guess I don't understand everything that happens w/ .dll's and specifically what in the hell they are or what they do. OK I admit my ignorance, but now I'm worried again that party is accessing my computer. |

Otter,
I don't know why the dlls still appear even with PG (like I said earlier, there might be something wrong with your settings) but I wouödn't worry about them too much. Also, Party isn't monitoring that folder - what causes them to pop up in that folder is that we launch Party from there. That said, I don't know much about this stuff and maybe someone else can comment. |

Is there a CTRL+T function that is tied into iWitness?
I am having troubles opening new tabs in FireFox, and when I hit the key combination CTRL + T, I don't get the desired effect in FireFox. Rather, it focuses it's attention to iWitness/Party, and apparently looks like it rehashes the table list, or tries to find another open table if it isn't full. I am not sure about this though, because I can't tell what is EXACTLY happening with iWitness/Party. Just wanted you to know. |

Yes, lol, this is always a problem. If you open the try menu you'll see that we indeed have CTRL+T.
I'm not sure how to handle this problem... it seems someone will always be unhappy. I guess giving an option to suspend hotkeys would be good? |

Thanks Roland. I'm no expert w/ PG or even a novice for that matter and I appreciate your help and everyone elses for that matter.
PG has 2 sections one is, "Protect this application from..." a. termination b. modification and c.reading. With partypoker if I leave all of those unchecked then iwitness works OK, however if I check the boxes to protect me from modification and reading then it doesn't work, but does that mean I'm not protected anymore? Then there is another section that says "authorize this application to..." 1. terminate protected applications 2. modify protected apps, 3. read from protected apps. I leave all those blank anyhow and perhaps that's enough to protect me from their prying eyes...I don't know. |
