Team B has a pretty bad/desperate QB situation since we have to start two of them (Steve McNair and Vinny Testaverde....blech) and Team A should have realized this and demanded a player to even out the trade.

I think sometimes people just look at a player's overall value without looking at their value relative to the rest of their team. Anyways, I think player A is making out huge here. He really loses very little (if anything, probably nothing) at QB, and a little at WR while upgrading big at RB. If player B is upgrading at QB, it's not by a huge margin, and the upgrade at WR, I don't feel is enough to counter the loss of Westbrook.

Vinny and McNair are just LOOOOL His receivers behind Colston are pretty terrible as well. edit is there a flex in this league as well? 2 qb, 2 rb, 2wr, flex?
