Are we going to go through this every time the Jets lose a game this season? Jesus-H. Pennington is the starter. He is good. Clemens might be good, we don't know. Pennington is at the very least a known commodity.

That said, how bout we wait till we get an O-Line before we kill our future QB?

Part of the reason Schotty is calling all these dink and dunks has nothing to do with Pennington's arm. It's because the O-Line isn't very good and Pennington doesn't have anytime to let the play develop. That's why he's just having the QB dump it right off to his best play makers as soon as he can.

Once/If this O-Line starts to gel I think we'll see whoever the QB is start taking a lot more shots down the field. Until then I'd rather not see one of our QB's get hurt.
