Wow It looks like the 752 is law. By not acting on the bill,the Gov. can say he did not do anything to promote gambling in the state. Naples dog track is planning on SST up to $800.00. I wonder what the rake will be? I read the St Pete. article and am not sold the population of Florida is declining. Did you read the entire text?

I'll be there 7/1 for sure. Probably going up this weekend and plan on talking to one of the floormen about what plans they have.

any of the casinos there that currently have $1-2 stud, will that stud become $1-5 stud and will it be NO ANTE? i talked to only 1 2+2 member whose gonna be a delear in tampa and he said this one place is gonna have a 50c ante in the stud game. would like to know if some other FL casinos will continue to stay no ante when the limits increase to $1-5 spread from $1-2 fixed.

I will be playing in the June 360 on Sat, so I will give a report on what they have planned when I get back Saturday night.

What's the structure now in those? T2500? 12 minute levels?

Just spoke to Ann the poker room manager at the Pompano Harness track (Isle of Capri) in Ft. Lauderdale. She says they will have 1/2 and 2/5 no limit with a Min/Max buyin of $100. If you fall below $100 you can rebuy up to a total of $100. So if you are down to $80 you can add $20.

The limit games will be 1/2 blinds with a $5 bet and 2/4.

Not sure if there will be an ante.

I called the Seminoles and they really hadn't made any plans yet. I will be checking out Pompano, the Seminole Hard Rock and the Seminole Hollywood Casinos the first week in July and report back.
