Thanks so much for the update. So roughly 7-10 days from tomorrow?

even if you don't have the physical card, you can still purchase things from online retailers right?

I seemed to be able to until yesterday. PayTru declined when I tried to pay the phone bill and also declined orders from Kroger.com and Wal-Mart.com. I "believe" that the problem is that now that the physical card has actually been produced, I have a "real" CVS# (that 3-digit number that is on the back of your VISA Card), instead of the default "000" that they give you to start. I have sent 6 emails to "support" and spoke to a customer service agent on the phone, but have yet to get any real help.

If you are able to use the card thru a retail outlet online, would you please post here and let me know?

Thanks,

Les

Customer Service told me that it the account could only be used at pokerstars until the card arrives and you learn the CVS number. If you signed up through pokerstars, they will continue to accept the temporary 000 CVS number.

Now things are making a little bit of sense.

I was able to use mine at one online retailer, but not another. The difference is, the one that succeeded did not ask for a CVS number, while the one that failed did not ask for one.

What a circus. I also am getting the invalid information error when trying to sign up for the card.

Sounds like it could take a while for stars to get this right.
