im down only like 3 buyins at 50nl today which is really nothing but i feel so incredibly miserable because
a. every table i join breaks immediately.
b. every table i join has the fish sucking out with K4s on a 764 flop against AA which i bomb the flop and end up getting it all in with a 4-bet (fish immediately leaves and minbuys into another table)
c. i get zero action on hands i want and all the action i dont need on hands like 89s/78s/44+ as i c-bet them
d. my W$SD is 32.26%

im just gonna close all my tables and go take a nap till the morons show up later on

Sir, did you get rake back at Full Tilt as well? ie, when you got your bonus, did you also get rakeback at 27% on all the hands that you had played to clear the bonus?

I've calculated that I'll need to play roughly 65,000 hands at 50NL with an average rake of $0.20 to clear the $600 bonus. You need to generate $16.67 of rake to get $1 bonus, so that makes a total of $10,002 rake to clear the $600. With rakeback at 27% I'm hoping this will give me $2,700.54 on top of the bonus and any playing profits = very tidy bankroll expansion. Do these figures seem right to you - It works out at roughly 550 hands per day for the 120 days you get to clear the bonus, which means 4 tables 2 hours a day minimum.

During my last 30k hands, one stretch of 3.5k hands had a 12buyin downswing that looked like something you would ride at Cedar Point. Everything imaginable went wrong. I lost so many 70%+ hands in a row and ran KK into AA 2 times.

Anyone want to do a challenge where they take 1 buyin from their current stakes and see who can win the most buyins off of that 1? I think it'd be a fun idea to try if you're already up like 4/5 buyins in a session just to add more to the roll, if you lose, then so what, you'd still be up overall.

Beat: I lost many more buyins than you this past weekend at $50 NL, I never did look at the graph or how much I lost overall, although I have a general idea. I'm still trying to get past the thought of it, although I did make enough points towards points for a 13 buyin bonus on 'stars.

I did this the yesterday, put $5 onto a stars 1c/2c game and everytime I made enough to move up a level I did, its quite fun but only made about $20 as ran out of time.
