Without giving it too much thought I would say his pure resteal range should be 55+/A2s+/A6+/KTs+/QJs+. This range is definitely give or take a few (he shoved 12.5m into a 2.5m raise right?)

Could someone explain to me how the "-aments" portion came to be (i.e. donkaments, shovaments, etc.)? I'm relatively new to 2+2, although I do know about Greenstein saying "lol donkaments" on HSP. Just not sure where the saying originated.
