billy the times i get AA i lose to QQ and KK pf. KK i am up against AA most of the time. AK sometimes i suckout only to get resucked, sometimes i win :-D!!!! sometimes i lose by reading my opponents hand perfectly in rr pots yet they dont like to fold.

When we played last month I felt that you tended to call down too light and make overly aggressive moves, both typically in spots where I was unlikely to have a weak hand.

If you can't control your self and are prone to tilt then you need to either quit poker or learn to deal with unnecessary swings. You underestimate how important it is that you keep your mental state in control and have self discipline. Just quit playing if you want to go apeshit.

Also in all the times I played with you, you were extremely aggressive as often as possible. This worked out for you vs me because I could never make a hand, but if you try to do this all the time you will get snapped off.

Your aggression needs proper timing and balance to go with it or you become extremely exploitable/cash cow. You need to use your head and start picking your spots and start altering your style to reduce variance. Stop letting your ego drive while you're playing and let your good nature and clear head run the show.

You clearly are a very good player, but if you fail to make some changes at the very least in the area of your self discipline then you will forever be stuck in this cycle unless you go on a EM2 class heater.
