Just remembered another Law & Order related one: Jill Hennessy (Claire Kinkaid on Law & Order and starred in Crossing Jordan).
Her first role was as a set of twins in the movie Dead Ringers. I believe she was a hooker, sent into Jeremy Irons room to "entertain" him. ICYDK, Jill is actually an identical twin and her twin sister (Jacquline, I think) played her twin in Dead Ringers. I believe her twin sister also has stood in for Jill in a couple of scenes in L&O. Only one of them spoke in Dead Ringer, but I forget which one did.

Here's another one I just remembered...
A young Robert Duvall as a loner who is turned into an alien so he can find out about other aliens who spaceship crashes on Earth, then finds out that the alien life is better than what he has going on, and joins them after they fix the ship and head back to space...In an episode of the originial Outer Limits TV series...
