There's been some talk about it, but I doubt we'll see it anytime soon. It's such a judgment call and I don't see Grand Master Stern going down that road.

I think walton spoke about this in the nets game. chances of this happening are remote but i think in light of all the flopping the league will reexamine the "charge" call and probably adjust the rule a little.

It's ok to complain about officitating when you're a Nash/Suns fan, but when you mention GS it's you're a stupid homer fanboy.

[/ QUOTE ]

QFT of the thread. seriously, the day to day change of the posters here is hilarious. Warriors fan complains, we are tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorists. Suns fans complain, standard. welcome to hypocrisy. I mean its the exact same people who were upset that warriors fans were complaining last week who are complaining about it this week. makes sense..

[/ QUOTE ]

awesome. rad. ellipses for dramatic effect....

If you can't see the differences between the temper tantrum you threw or By-Tor going on and on about the Fisher no-call (the one Baron knew he messed up on), and the Suns fans saying, "man, that charge on Amare was BS and Duncan got away with stuff, which is standard because he's a superstar", then there's really no hope for you in this thread.

[/ QUOTE ]

you cannot be serious. "duncan got away with stuff because hes a superstar" does kind of parallel, "why wont they ever call a foul on dirk?" but when we say it the entire thread has to throw a tantrum, put words in our mouths and then exaggerate what we said as much as possible from then on. After that, we decide that anything suns fans say about the spurs is totally fine and they can complain all they want. I totally agree that theres no hope in this thread and its mostly due to temper tantrums. But i am specifically talking about the ones thrown by: tdarko(who left the thread because he was mad warriors fans complained about the officiating, whereas im sure he would be totally fine with whining suns fans for some reason), Thesaltcracker(who decided logic was for pussies and that tantrums and namecalling was better than logical critique of events), and you, who has basically decided that exaggerating what warriors fans say, and then toning down what suns fans said, makes a convincing argument.

at least my irrationalities involve rooting as hard as i can for my favorite team in the most important games we;ve played since like 1975. When youve been gone for 32 years, its tough when poor officiating decides any part of any game.

add: will the nba like EVER suspend bruce bowen? Would he have to bring a sword on the court and maim someone with it?

I don't think it really has anything to do with the content of the arguments being much different. I think it's just that you come across as overly sarcastic, and perhaps the whiniest poster in the history of 2+2. I think you just need to change up your tone a bit.

If that were one, you'd have a point.
