UPDATE at 1pm: Email from mom says she received a telephone call from somebody at Stars, but missed the call, and he is supposed to call back between 3pm and 4pm.

Looks like we might just be hours away from a resolution on this one. Will keep you posted.

She has asked me several times for the address of the internet bulleting board to which I keep referring -- I think she wants to read the thread that I have told her has the forum buzzing, and possibly contribute -- i have steadfastly refused [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
What can I say -- the level of discourse here isn't necessarily what I want to show my mom.
Anyway, back to the waiting game. 3pm to 4pm I am told will be the resolution-hour for this issue via a phone call.
