I think the Phils were the suckers in the Garcia deal. I don't think I was alone in thinking that Garcia for Floyd and a minor leaguer was a steal for the Phillies. Turns out, he was just damaged goods, and Chicago was just getting whatever they could for him.
I'd be pissed, but I just keep reminding myself we pulled the same stunt on the Yankees with Abreu

[/ QUOTE ] Not exactly, but bringing back aging players who used to be decent is not the way to make it better. I'd much rather see them fail by taking a chance on a young kid.

[/ QUOTE ] our bullpen has been 10x better as of late, compared to the start of the season. but i really dont expect that to hold true as long as the same 3/4 guys pitch almost every day because no pitcher besides hamels and moyer can go deep into a game
