Not my intention at all. After doing it in private, what other courses of action do you recommend? IMing people I don't know? IMing his friends to ask him for me who I dont know? IM his other students who I don't know?

What was my original post supposed to say? "SB ripped me off and wont give me a refund" Everyone would have laughted b/c he has 3k posts and I have 20. I had no choice but to present all the facts after dealing with him in private for quite a while.

really? he is getting free lessons now. i told him i'd buy him some lessons. doesn't seem like it worked out too bad for him.

please don't talk about hurting snowbanks "good name." snowbank used cardrunners good name as an example to why he shouldn't have to provide a refund. how you cannot understand how this is ridiculous, or at least your failure to admit it, is beyond me.

Anyway the 'all out assault' was about the opening post, in fact I have nothing against you or CR at all. Even better I have a cardrunners membership as well and I think you have great video's, but thats really besides the point. That part of my post wasn't directed at you...
Reading back I realize it looks like I am attacking you, that wasn't my intention at all. Jezus everything I say in this thread seems to come out wrong.

And I am still not getting anything and would love to sell off the hours, but glad to see he's treating his other students so good. Just let me sell off the hours...

To everyone; I take back everything I said in this thread to anyone, if I hurt anybody's feelings I am sorry. If anybody feels attacked that wasn't my point at all. I never had any coaching problems with snowbank at all, so I felt the need to jump to his defense. Even though this was clearly not necesarry...

Quick question. If some 1 buys a CR subsription (not coaching service), pays for 6 months and goes busto so has no need for it after 2 months. Would you refund him for teh other months?

The problem is I'm not at all sick of it, and I don't think anyone is sick of the drama yet (it's such good fun!). You're right though there is no real valid reason to lock it, it's just sort of like staring at a car accident at this point is all.

Freelancer - don't back off like a little girl because everyone flamed you; stick to your gunz son! If you're down with snowballin, it's your choice.

yundmi - shut up, drama is so not lame. threads don't hit hundreds of posts in SSNL for being lame (except the cheese thread, that thing SUCKS!)

dbitel - lol at you and your resistance, talk about a respected poster making a fool of himself

snowbank - you still can't drain 75% from beyond the arc, mitch (he'll know what i mean)

Good for you. By no means OP has the right to get a refund from snowbank. But it's insanely obvious that snowbank should have given him a refund or at the very least let him resell those unused hours.
