I'm amazed at how courteous and pleasant the emails are when I've made mistakes on this promo. At least once I've sent them the wrong hand number and at least once, I've sent in a hand history from a time period outside the promo.

While both times with justification they could've told me I was a dolt (which I was), they are exceedingly polite in their responses.
