The Mavs beat the Spurs tonight in San Antonio for their 8th straight win. Nice to see, especially since the streak had been a bit of fool's gold (no team over .500 in all 7 games.)

Great game - I thought the Horry call was pretty close at the end (well, it could have been a non-shooting foul anyway) but that the Duncan one was kind of sketchy. Besides, I wanted Dallas to win anyway.

i hate doc rivers and if any of your teams want a top 15-20 player, i think paul pierce is officially for sale, at about 80 cents on the dollar.

i was at the game tonight, and the 4th quarter was all booing and FIRE DOC chants. depressing.

Also, the Suns nearly gagged another gigantic lead tonight. But forget that, what's most interesting is that Lawrence Frank left his bench in the ENTIRE final quarter. What brung 'em there, I guess, but Kidd, Carter, and Jefferson never saw any PT. Not sure I've ever seen that in an NBA game.

I think Lawrence Frank is [censored] badass. I watched the beginning of that game and the nets looked awful. Kidd and Carter didn't even look like they felt like being there.

I rushed home from SF to catch the end of the celts game. I turned on the t.v. with 15 seconds left.. I was glad I missed it.

I'm going to assume you meant Finley when you said Horry. Even if they call that, the foul would have been on the floor, before the shot, so only two free throws. But, as you pointed out, the call on the Duncan 3 pointer was horrendous. It evens out, I guess.

Deron Williams is so money. Comes back from getting posterized by Kobe to nail his last 3 shots and win the game for the Jazz.

Any one else watch this one and wonder why they ran an iso for Odom instead of Kobe down by 3 with like 30 seconds left?

I watched it.

One word: AK47. If he was guarding Odom, it'd be Kobe's ball. No one else on that team can stop either of those guys.

I had a dream last night that the Lakers were in the finals. So if that happens, I got powers.
