[ QUOTE ]
perhaps you mean Robert Duvall? [/ QUOTE ] I didn't think he was referring to Boo Radley! I was thinking that Dennis Hopper was some young school teacher or something, that's why I had to look it up. |

Matt Damon was the lead singer of the punk band in Eurotrip. I had to watch it again when I saw his name in the credits, as he's got a shaved head, tattoos, and piercings. A vastly underrated movie, btw.

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Harrison Ford in Apocalypse Now. I didn't read the thread so that was probably mentioned, [/ QUOTE ] I was going to post this exact post verbatim, but I took the opportunity to read the posts to make sure that I wasn't duplicating someone else's post, and then I saw yours, so I didn't post it. But now that you have brought it up, Harrison Ford in Apocalypse Now was the first that came to mind. [/ QUOTE ] Apocalypse Now was filmed after Star Wars was released. I think Ford was a little famous at that point. [/ QUOTE ] Apocalypse Now was filmed at roughly the same time. It took a crazy long time for the movie to be made and released, Coppolla spent 3 years editing. Check imdb for some other crazy triva. Apolcalypse Now Triva The best is that George Lucas was originally going to direct and he wanted to film it on location in Vietnam while the war was still going on. |

A TV one for the Brits.
Whilst watching an old episode of 'The Professionals'. Bodie and Doyle were on the tail of ruthless, hardass, Islamic terrorist-assassin type. An all round bad egg. Deadly. Efficient. When his face was finally revealed everyone's response was "NO WAY, THAT'S 'TRIGGER' FROM 'ONLY FOOLS AND HORSES'. NO WAY." You have to have seen OFAH to understand how absurd this is. Kinda like Cliff from 'Cheers' in the terrorist-assassin role. Only worse. |
