I don't remember who said it, either Brunson or Caro, but that's an advice that i always try to carry out:

"Do not go broke when you slowplayed aces preflop".

Damn, what a disgusting call.
I bet he is kicking himself right now...I don't how can he recover from this.

You're right, my bad.

Break time. Rizen better put that hand behind him and refocus. Tough decision for him, whether to find a pushable hand or nurse his stack to move up the pay scale. I'm not sure what I'd do in his position; there's a lot of money to be made by going the conservative route.

The aces call looked pretty bad without a HUGE read which he may have had. Nobody is overbetting allin, when they are in a strong top ten position themselves, against a player who has them covered if they cannot beat any single pair hand.

Even worse as the pot size makes them look limped.

Picking up chips is sure easy at the top.

Gold Continues to Roll
In early position Kevin Aaronson raises to $120,000. Jamie Gold calls, as well as Lee Kort on the button and Siddharth Jain in the big blind. The flop comes Q103 and action is checked around. The turn brings the Q. Jain checks, Aaronson bets $350,000, Gold calls and both Lee Kort and Jain fold. The river is the 3. Aaronson checks, and Jamie Gold bets $600,000. Aaronson folds, Gold takes down the pot and continues to take control of his table.

Gold is building a very dominating position and picking up large amounts of chips at will it seems! Now nearly 15,000,000

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm looking for Gold to hit the FT, get his chips siphoned off by the better players, then go on mad monkey tilt that makes Scott Lazar look like Phil Ivey.
