The point I was trying to make was more or less what you said, I'm not gonna be pissed if the Mets miss the post season, the journey has been fun. I won't be happy about it but having 162 meaningful games is pretty awesome, and doesn't happen every year. I remember the 03 and 04 seasons for the Mets, just horrible. Hopefully the organizations in Pitt and other places do something and put together a competitive team much like Colorado and Milwaukee did this year.
